Frederic Albinyana has joined Crane Authentication as Regional Business Development Director. Based in Switzerland, Frederic will manage and grow Crane Authentication’s European customer base of brand-owners, channel partners and specifiers of Crane Authentication’s micro-optic films and secure labels.
Frederic has great experience in product authentication and business. He started his career in manufacturing at the American multinational consumer goods company, Procter & Gamble. He then moved to the automotive industry to lead the development of innovative solutions. Following this, Frederic was for nearly 10 years with SICPA S.A. helping to grow its Product Authentication business as a Technical Sales Manager supporting a global sales team. His expertise in product authentication technologies led him to an expat role in the USA as Business Development Manager.
Prior to joining Crane Authentication, Frederic was a Senior Product Manager with NAGRA, fighting Media & Entertainment piracy.
Frederic holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MBA from ESADE, Barcelona, Spain. Frederic, a native Catalan speaker, is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.
