The INSIGHT® Track and Trace process

1. Track InSight

Track InSight generates and manages secure unique identifiers (UIDs) during the label production process. These UIDs are printed on secure labels featuring optical security elements and are allocated to specific customers or locations. At this stage, the focus is on generating authentic, traceable codes. This foundational layer enables brand owners to verify authenticity, with full visibility into which UID ranges were assigned to which destination.

2. Trace InSight

Trace InSight activates once labels are received and applied at the factory or production site. From this point, product-specific information and supply chain events are captured and linked to each UID. This creates a dynamic, auditable product history, confirming authenticity, tracking movement across the entire lifecycle.
